My name is Harvey L. Cox.  I’m a Texas lawyer and certified mediator.  I’ve been practicing law since 1990.  My practice is devoted primarily to the collection of judgments.  All the information in the book How to Collect Your Own Judgment in Texas is from my own first-hand experience collecting Justice Court, Small Claims Court, County Court and District Court judgments in Texas.  All the legal forms in the book are from my law practice.  They are the same forms I use in my day-to-day business collecting judgments in Texas.
