I was awarded a judgment months ago and I have an information sheet of the defendants assets here in Florida. They did not have any assets except for a car which i cannot put a lien on because it is in someone elses name. I have now found out that they have left the state and moved and I am really not sure where. Do i have any options because the judgment has not be satisfied?

I went to court because I could not afford the amount they were taking and the judge reduced it to an affordable amount. Now I have a funeral home trying to garnish my wage also. Will the 2nd garnishment be allowed since the court has already determined what I could afford to pay from my wage ?
