The person listed as the owner owes me money from a small claims judgment in Tennessee. I don’t know how to find out if he has a bank account, so I cannot attach it. He cashed my check at my bank. He is a sole proprietor so he does not have to garnish himself. I am trying to collect. This is one sneaky snake and I could use all the advice I can get. Can I get a subpoena for information and find out where he banks?

I am the plaintiff and I am sueing a company that owes me money.  I want to serve this company a writ of garnishment but I don’t know where the company banks.

How can I find that out ? I cannot call this company because their phone is disconnected.

Please Help!!!

I received a Writ of Garnishment of Property in the mail. As the garnishee I am required to file a written answer to the Writ. I have never done one of these before and am looking for examples to these answers. Any suggestions?
